![]() Which shouldn't be a problem, because the device I used it with was on iOS 13.5.1. Their website states no iOS restrictions on multiple pages, and on the ONE page I could find that states a restriction (Under guide -> iOS Data Recovery), it says "Currently, message doesn't support to export to iOS 13.6 and above for a Windows user". (windows system)" Once again, I was greeting with misinformation. This time, I was responded to by "Alice", who stated "1.It doesn't supports to recover notes to device directly if the version is iOS 12 or later.(windows system) 2.It doesn't supports to recover messages to device directly if the versio is iOS 13 or later. to your iPhone/iPad/iPod directly.", and that I wanted a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee (which in and of itself is a joke, and puts the burden of heavily researching the product on the consumer in order to be eligible for a refund, despite the fact that this company's transparency is clear as mud). ![]() Keep in mind that no software is capable of resoring those data back to the phone, anything that claim it can is doubtful." Again, I replied stating that the product page literally said "Restore to Device - Restore files like Messages, Contacts etc. We are expanding support for restoring more data types, including text messages, photos, music, etc. After reaching out to the customer service team to request a refund, I was told by "Vincent" that "Ultdata supports recovering text messages to the computer, only contacts could be restored back to the device at present. Which is not at all what the Tenorshare UltData product page said it could do. After downloading the software and attempting to use it, my only option for recovery was to export the messages/texts to an excel spreadsheet. The product stated that it could restore lost/deleted messages/texts directly to an iPhone X, running iOS 13.5.1. Purchased a software license for their product, Tenorshare UltData on the 31st of July, 2020.
